    How to use the Level Health Website 

    Getting around - general navigation

    You can find almost everything you need from our main menu. You'll find this on the top left of our website.

    Getting a Quote

    Tap or click on any 'Get a Quote' button. This will bring you to our easy quote tool.

    Fill in your starter details  This will be your intended start date and who you would like covered on your plan.

    Browse our plans. Swipe left and right to see the neighbouring plans if you are on a phone or tap on either 'Lower Cost' or 'Better Benefits' to see more plans.

    Choose the plan that suits you and your budget. You can see what's included in each plan, for some of our plans you can pick different excess amounts, inclusion of day-to-day benefits, inclusion of QuickClinic and travel.

    You can choose to have a quote emailed to you. Tap or click on 'email me this quote' at the bottom of the plan card.

    Proceed with a plan. If you want to proceed with a plan, tap or click on the 'Continue with plan...' button.

    Existing customers - Login

    If you are a customer of Level Health or you have created a login at any time, you can login by clicking on the login button on the top right of this page.

    Once Logged-in, you can find all the details of your policy, read your documents, make a claim and access our QuickClinic.

    We call this the 'Customer Dashboard'.

    Making A Claim

    Once logged-in, you will see your customer dashboard. Your customer dashboard has tiles you can click on for all the main features you will need.

    Click or tap on 'Make a Claim' to go to the claims section of your member portal.

    Choose who the claim is for. You will see the list of people on your policy in a dropdown list.

    Enter the details in the claim form. This will include adding an image of your receipt. You can get this image by carefully taking a photo of your receipt.

    When you're happy tap or click on 'Submit' Thats your claim sent. you will see a confirmation message.
